At Remeinz, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refunds on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Items have not been altered, washed, or worn
- All original packaging (if applicable) is included
Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email maddi@remeinz.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email along with return instructions.
Return Fees
A $10 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns with a total value over $500 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Limited edition or collaboration pieces
- International orders
Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please email maddi@remeinz.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact maddi@remeinz.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
