Shipping
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees not included at checkout.
- Remeinz is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- At this time, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original condition to be eligible for a return.
Items returned outside of this window or in unacceptable condition may be denied.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email maddi@remeinz.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
If your return is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label directly.
Return Fees
- A $10 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns with a total value over $500 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email maddi@remeinz.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Limited-edition or collaboration items
Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus any applicable return or restocking fees. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
